How to Submit a Bug Report
If something on ERGs.io isn’t working the way it should, submitting a bug report helps our team identify and fix the issue quickly. You can report bugs directly through our ERGs.io Support Hub.
1. Click “Submit Feedback” in ERGs.io
While logged into ERGs.io, click the Submit Feedback button in the bottom left corner of your navigation bar.
This will take you to our ERGs.io Support Hub: https://ergsio.featurebase.app
2. Select the “Bugs & Technical Issues” Board
On the ERGs.io Support Hub homepage, you’ll see two boards within the Bugs & Feedback tab:
Feature Requests & Feedback
Bugs & Technical Issues
Click Bugs & Technical Issues to submit a report about anything that isn’t functioning correctly.
3. Click “Create A New Post” to Create Your Bug Report
Once Inside the correct board:
Click Create A New Post
Add a clear title
Describe the issue
Attach screenshots or a video if you have them (optional but very helpful)
4. What to Include in Your Bug Report
The more detail you can share, the faster we can troubleshoot.
Include:
What action you were trying to take
What you expected to happen
What actually happened
Steps to reproduce the issue
Whether it happens consistently
Web browser + device you were using (e.g., Chrome on MacBook, Safari on iPhone)
Any screenshots or recordings
No technical language needed — just write out the experience in plain terms.
5. What Happens After You Submit
Once your bug report is posted:
Our team reviews it
It will move through statuses such as Under Review, Next Up, In Progress, or Completed
You may receive follow-up questions
You’ll get updates automatically if you subscribe to your post
You can return to the portal anytime to see progress.
6. Optional: Access the ERGs.io Support Hub Directly
If you prefer to go straight to the ERGs.io Support Hub without using the Submit Feedback button: https://ergsio.featurebase.app
Bookmarking this link makes it even easier to share bugs or ideas.
We Appreciate Your Feedback
Your reports help us improve ERGs.io for both vendors and ERG Leaders.
If you're unsure whether something is a bug or a feature request, just submit it — we'll route it to the correct board.
