Cancellation Policy

At ERGs.io, we want vendors to have a clear understanding of how membership payments, cancellations, and refunds work before joining the platform.

Membership Fees

All ERGs.io membership fees, activation fees, promotional fees, upgrades, and add-on services are due according to the payment structure selected at the time of purchase.

Membership fees cover more than platform access alone. They also support:

  • Account activation.

  • Profile creation and backend setup.

  • Vendor onboarding.

  • Eligibility for promotional placement.

  • Reservation of digital platform resources.

  • Ongoing access during the membership term.

Because this work begins once payment is made, all fees paid to ERGs.io are considered fully earned at the time of payment.

Refunds

All sales are final.

ERGs.io does not offer refunds, prorated refunds, partial refunds, service credits, future credits, or reimbursement for unused membership time.

This applies even if:

  • You do not complete onboarding.

  • You do not use the platform.

  • You are dissatisfied with the pace of buyer activity.

  • Your business priorities change.

  • Your business closes.

  • You change your marketing strategy.

  • You choose to cancel before the end of your membership term.

  • You do not receive bookings, leads, or inquiries.

Canceling your membership prevents future renewal, but it does not return or reduce any previously paid fees.

No Guarantee of Results

ERGs.io is a marketplace and visibility platform. While we help vendors create stronger profiles, improve discoverability, and connect with ERG and workplace community buyers, we do not guarantee specific business outcomes.

ERGs.io does not guarantee:

  • Profile views.

  • Inquiries.

  • Leads.

  • Bookings.

  • Closed revenue.

  • Return on investment.

  • Buyer activity within a specific timeframe.

Buyer demand can be influenced by many factors outside of ERGs.io’s control, including seasonal ERG planning cycles, buyer budgets, category demand, vendor profile quality, vendor responsiveness, market saturation, and the platform’s growth stage.

Any testimonials, examples, projections, or vendor success stories shared by ERGs.io are intended to be illustrative only. They are not promises of future performance.

How to Cancel

To cancel your membership and prevent future renewal, please contact the ERGs.io team before your next renewal date.

Once your cancellation is processed, your membership will remain subject to the terms of your current agreement, and no previously paid fees will be refunded.
